Symptoms
The following error occurred when generating the ACK for an imported file:
"07-Oct-2011 6:56:15 PM: Acknowledgment Number: 115, File Name: RRR00115_PRD1740_20111007185613.XML is created in XML outgoing directory: \\fda02\fda_data\xml out\"
"07-Oct-2011 6:56:15 PM: Unable to generate acknowledgment for message number = 116. Error while executing ESM_PKG_NONDLP.Generate_Acknowledgment Stored procedure"
