Symptoms
When using Communications Express / Unified Web Client (UWC) with Messaging Server 6.3 to read an email, some Chinese characters are not displayed correctly (garbled).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Microsoft Outlook to compose and send a message containing Chinese characters, e.g. " 你我在測試嗎".
2. Login to UWC and read the message. Some Chinese characters are displayed garbled.
