Sometimes the productClassMapping.xml file is not available during runtime, causing errors.

Randomly we are getting the following error:
Failed to create and start the order due to java.lang.RuntimeException: com.mslv.oms.OMSException: encountered error starting orchestration caused by:Could not read from "osmmodel:///CentralOrderManagement/1.0.0/resources/productClassMapping/productClassMapping.xml" because it is a not a file.
