OJDL Transation Query Results In "Severe Internal Error" (Doc ID 1371250.1)

Symptoms

The customer has an upstream system that pulls data out of IPSA using the ojdl java API. They are successful with all their queries apart from the one that returns "TransactionEntry" type objects. With this one they see the following error:


 They can successfully query transaction records in OIM, and they have checked using JDK1.6. They can also run the query against their test system which is also running 5.2.4 patch 14. This seems to be a data-related problem.

The customer flushed out the transactions by decreasing the archive limt to 0 also but the problem persisted.
