Problems with Query Views and Deploy Design Studio in 3.1.3 (Doc ID 1371327.1)

Symptoms

While trying to configure Query views for different order types, the cartridge cannot be deployed. Design Studio throws the following exception :

com.mslv.oms.metadatahandler.operation.MetadataException: There is no entity found in document for: null matching the key InternalOrderQueryView not found; error code: 114
     at com.mslv.oms.metadatahandler.operation.ImportOperation.handleSequenceException(ImportOperation.java:803)



If the Default flag is checked, this error occurs. If the Default Flag is unchecked, the cartridge can be deployed however the Query View does not work.
