Error "Not a valid port" Received From reimposting Batch (Doc ID 1371550.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the reimposting batch, GL Account Validation throws the following error:

Steps to recreate:

1. ReIM is integrated with EBS using AIA.
2. The SYSTEM_OPTIONS are set as follows: FINANCIAL_IND=Y, FINANCIAL_AP=A.
3. Run reimposting batch.
