Oracle Communications Order and Service Management - Version 7.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The Permission filter is not working properly for tasks in Undo mode.
If in amendment, the values of elements used for filtering is changed. Filtering of UNDO tasks is not working. i.e. Role_A has a filter on /abc=A, but in amendment that value is changed to /abc=D, so the user will not see the UNDO task in his worklist. This is due to the fact that flexible headers use COP values (not HOP which have /abc=A). Therefore, those tasks get filtered out.
