 This article will assist in troubleshooting the following error message when uploading or versioning a document to a JackRabbit repository:

A content repository error has occurred. Please contact your Contract Management administrator.

Troubleshooting Steps
 Cause 1 – Database platform being used has run out of space.
 Cause 2 – The Oracle tablespace storage for the LOB segment associated with the target table has reached the maximum limit.
 Cause 3 – Not enough RAM allocated to Contract Management web server instance.
 Cause 4 – Jackrabbit Cannot Unlock a .LOCK file
 Cause 5 – Jackrabbit data has become corrupt.
 Cause 6 - Not enough disc space to temporarily copy relevant data to the c:\temp folder.
