Null Pointer Exceptions Due to AsBusinessRule Table Incorrectly Updated with Company/Plan Level Overrides

Sad Server exceptions reported throughout the Policy Administration system including (but not limited to) the following screens: PolicyTabView, ClientScreen, Segment, PolicyRole.
Plan and Company level reports, confirmed to exist in the database, do not display.

The following error found in SystemOut.log:

at com.adminserver.uip.MainMenuActionUip.execute(


Problem occurs randomly and does not appear to be linked to business rule changes or migrations.
