ETL Summary Log Reports Are Not Showing Data If the Enterprise Has No Cases (Doc ID 1371787.1)

Symptoms

When ETL Summary log reports are run for enterprise that does not have case data, report shows blank. Report shows data as soon case is created and incremental ETL is executed for particular enterprise.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Create Insight Multi-tenant environment
2. Copy an enterprise that do not have any cases to Insight
3. Run Incremental ETL
4. Run ETL Summary Log Report
5. Observe that the report does not show any data
