OCSB PN: Call Is Not Released When Final Unit Indication AVP Received

OCSB with a configuration of IMOCF over IMSCF isn’t configure properly and monitoring done on IMOCF, when the OCSB receive from the BRM CCA (Credit Control Answer) with Final Unit Indication AVP and grunted unit expired the OCSB send CCR (Credit Control Request) termination request, however the network call is not released. SAL Bye message is not sent from the IMOCF towards to the IMSCF. The call isn't terminated and no release message is generated towards the network.
The IMOCF configuration is DCCA_BRM, and the OCF is BRM.
From traces, the OCSB send CCR Termination towards the BRM with termination cause set to DIAMETER_AUTH_EXPIRED.
As a result the BRM send back CCA with termination request, however no release message is sent towards the ss7 network, and the call is not disconnected.
