Problem Submitting Loadset in Real Mode from PL/SQL Program (Doc ID 1372952.1)

Symptoms

When LSH PLSQL program submits a Loadset execution setup (Loadset) with Blind
Break='Real', the following errors are raised:

Error from OWB/CDR DB Server-PLSQL Operator: statement:"begin
CDR_W2D2_15F41E2_1.TEST_EXESETUP_SUB.TEST_SUB ( :1); end;"
caught:java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error:
character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MSG_PUB", line 552
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MSG_PUB", line 587
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CDR_MESSAGE", line 110
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CDR_DF_EXECUTIONSETUP", line 8358
ORA-20200: *** ERROR: checkBlindingStatus SQL Exception: ORA-20001:
GENERIC-INTERNAL ERROR: N, ROUTINE, FND_FUNCTION.TEST_INSTANCE_ID_MAINTMODE, N, REASON, Invalid API call.
Parameter user_name: TESTUSER was passed to API
FND_FUNCTION.TEST_INSTANCE. object_name: . In Release 12 and beyond the
user_name parameter is unsupported, and any product team that passes it must
correct their code because it does not work correctly.
