Slow Response When Trying To List Children in RMS Item Screen (Doc ID 1373000.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.1 and 13.2, the ITEMCHILDRENDIFF form takes an excessively long time (30 sec) to open. 


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open an item with at least 5 children in View mode.
  2. Click on List Children in ITEMMASTER screen; this opens ITEMCHILDRENDIFF.  It takes up to 30 seconds to list children.
  3. Click on Item Detail button for any item; it takes up to 10 seconds to display.
