Goal

EP_Load Fails with ORA-20003

This paper is a running dialogue that reveals debugging techniques helpful when diagnosing
EP_LOAD_SALES.  The path I took in an attempt to debug may be helpful to you. In the end the final
answer and the elusiveness were both surprises.

The ORA-20003, File could not be opened or operated on as requested, implies that EP_LOAD_SALES
is invalid. Changing any object that EP_LOAD_SALES directly references can make it invalid.
