Symptoms
Engine Manager is not starting. In particular, the EngineManagerPreRunLog shows it's waiting for Startup.
Engine is on Linux.
Engine is executed from URL:
STEPS
--------
1)After restarting Tomcat
2)Execute Simulation Engine from URL:
http://<Server>:<port>/engineManager/EngineManagerStarterServlet?command=start&mode=99&profile_id=1
3)Can't startup engine.
Changes
