Steps to Reproduce:
Create a Document Control Record
Attach a BLOB document
Once the record is created, select Revision Handling
Confirm that you can view the Blob Attachment by selecting the 'View' button.
Update the Blob attachment
Create a new Revision and attach the document again (note: document name and path are the same as the original document).
Confirm you can View the document and that the Revised document is displayed
Now go back to Revision 0000 and selected the View button. Instead of the original document, the revised document is displayed.
