Symptoms

When attempting to display the gantt chart within P6 Web Access dashboard, an HTTP 500 error is thrown, and the log mentions that a javacache.xml file is missing

This occurs with Weblogic 10.3.3 or 10.3.4

INTERNAL_ERROR: file=D:\weblogic1034\domains\p6\config\fmwconfig\servers\servername\javacache.xml, java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\weblogic1034\domains\p6\config\fmwconfig\servers\wlstqar01\javacache.xml (The system cannot find the file specified)
