Unable To View Cellular Usage In Customer Center

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 18.104.22.168.0 version, Unable to view cellular usage in customer center. On the balance tab, where user can click on the Bill Details -> Item Charges -> Unit -> Usage, the usages which are in the database are not being displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Customer Center, open an account for which bills are generated and check if Event Item Details are being displayed in 'Events Associated With This Item' panel.
2. In Customer Center, open an account for which bills are generated and data is available for both 'Other Actions Related to This Item' and 'Events Associated With This Item' panels.
Both the panels should be displayed in Customer Center.
