Symptoms

 ASCP Planning Pegging by Priority for on hand falls below safety stock.  We are having problems understanding the planning and pegging behavior in ASCP.  We have an item, for example, that has 5 open, released work orders on it.  The immediate on hand quantity is above the safety stock level, however, immediate demands cause the on hand to fall below the safety stock level.
