Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 7.2.6 after attempting to load a new hierarchy from the staging to the dim tables, using the fn_drmDataLoader function as per <Note: 1311002.1> How to Load a Hierarchy Using Fn_drmDataLoader, and after completing the steps, the hierarchy does not appear on the application interface despite that the engine has already generated a sys id num for the loaded hierarchy and the hierarchy appears in REV_HIERARCHIES.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Hierarchy is in REV_HIERARCHIES and FSI_M_OBJECT_DEFINTION_TL.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect after successful completion of steps to load a new hierarchy from the staging tables that the hierarchy should appear for use in the UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate STG_HIERARCHIES_INTF with the following info:
('GL_HIER',2,'Open','NOT REQUIRED','N','L',1,'Y','Y','INFODOMSNM','W','C','COKI')

2. Populate STG_GL_HIER_INTF with the following info:
('GL_HIER',10,10,1,'COKI','COKI') - ('GL_HIER',10,20,2,'COKI','COKI')
('GL_HIER',20,30,3,'COKI','COKI') - ('GL_HIER',20,40,4,'COKI','COKI')

3. Populate STG_GL_B_INTF with the following info:
(10,'N','COKI','COKI',1) - (20,'N','COKI','COKI',1)
(30,'Y','COKI','COKI',1) - (40,'Y','COKI','COKI',1)

4. Populate STG_GL_TL_INTF with the following info:
(10,'US','Tree Rollup','Tree Rollup','COKI','COKI') - (20,'US','Assets','Assets','COKI','COKI') (30,'US','Cash','Cash','COKI','COKI') - (40,'US','Cash On Hand','Cash On Hand','COKI','COKI')

5. Verify Correct Data Exists in FSI_DIM_LOADER_SETUP_DETAILS
update fsi_dim_loader_setup_details
set v_intf_b_table_name = 'stg_gl_b_intf',v_intf_member_column = 'n_gl_account_display_code', v_intf_tl_table_name = 'stg_gl_tl_intf',v_intf_attr_table_name = 'stg_gl_attr_intf',v_intf_hier_table_name = 'stg_gl_hier_intf',v_intf_member_name_col = 'v_gl_account_name',v_gen_skey_flag = 'N' where n_dimension_id = 2;
commit;

6. Execute fn_drmDataLoader: fn_drmDataLoader('COKI','20110418','2','N');

7. Execute the reverse population batch to populate the OFSA_IDT_ROLLUP table
fsi_batchHierarchyLoad('COKI','20110419','2','200303', '1');
