When running Get_All_Shifts, it is important to ensure that ORS is not running other processes that can conflict with the Get_All_Shifts process.

The following questions reflect some considerations in determining the best run time for Get_All_Shifts:

1. When is the appropriate time to run Get_All_Shift?

2. Can Get_All_Shifts be run while ORS is refreshing?

3. How can the refresh start and end times be determined from the logs?

4. What should the time difference be between depot-cutoff and Get_All_Shift requests?
