Missing OCDA_UTIL_APP_AREA Under OCDA_domain (Doc ID 1375102.1)

Symptoms

After fresh installation of OCDA 2.0.0.2, you notice OCDA_UTIL_APP_AREA does not exist under
OCDA_domain while following Chapter 5 Extract Transform Load Programs, Step 6. Navigate to
OCDA_domain > OCDA_UTIL_APP_AREA > OCDA_ETL_WORKFLOW_WA in the
Oracle Clinical Development Analytics User and Administrator Guide Release 2.0.0.2. 

You are using OCDA software kit part number V23543-01
