Symptoms

When modifying an IPv6 Host with large number of IPV6 subnets, it has been observed that the performance degrades exponentially with the number of IPv6 subnets.
This happens primarily because the API fires a query to find all the IPv6 subnets in the system. This query itself takes close to 30sec for 11K IPv6 subnets.
