Goal


Customer wants to change meters from DST to No DST. They are asking if  that will cause the INP formatted files to have a one hour overlap at the end of the last DST data cut and the first No DST data cut. An example would be data was sent  from a meter that was following DST and the data cut ended on 6/15/11 08:00. The meter is switched to No DST.  The No DST data cut starts at 6/15/11 07:00. Will LodeStar treat this as an overlap?
