'Failed To Select Record From Active_slots’ Message in ORS Client

Information in this document applies to any platform.
By mistake, a name has been wrongly set for 2 slot groups and we are trying to correct it. The change works in alternate environments but, in this environment, we are getting 'Failed to select record from active_slots' when we are trying to make the update.
