Objectel 2.10.3.1 Error On DWDM - Cannot Find Appropriate Physical Equipment (Doc ID 1377887.1)

Symptoms

This issue is related to the copy functionality.
When copying the functional equipment the physical equipment is not getting copied. The following steps reproduce the issue.

1) Query any logical device with N (more then one) physical implementations

2) Right click Logical device searched in step #1 -> copy

3) Paste the Logical device in another site B, error message appears:
Cannot find appropriate physical equipment for one or more of the functional equipment(s)

4) Click OK and the Logical device will be copied but without the rack with which it is implemented.
