Service Class Deletion Error Message Presents Shift ID Not Found In Shift Portal Because It Is Pending (Doc ID 1377967.1)

Symptoms

When a user attempts to delete a Service Class that is associated with an existing Shift, the error message given does not appear to provide a valid Shift ID.  The error states that the Service Class cannot be deleted because it is associated with a Shift ID, but the ID provided does not represent a Shift that can be found in the Shift Portal search.
