Symptoms

When attempting to import a file of size > 1MB using the Business Broker runtime service, the following error occurs.

Error
Exception: <DIR>\LODESTAR\LTMH\Runtime\temp\ls_1862.4621.458462411971.temp (The system cannot find the file specified)
