Account Balance Report Shows Incorrect Values for "Time" Balance Type (dwsublist)

PrerequisitesOCNCC provides Reports functionality, part of CCS product.
The Account Balance Report details the wallet information for each subscriber. Account Balance (csv) Report provides items comma separated. It is ordered by Product Type and Wallet State. The report shows the current status of wallets at the time it was run.
Account Balance Report is configurable via SMS (Service Management System) Screen:
(Operator Function --> Report Function --> Account Balance Report)

IssuesBuckets having their balance_unit being "Time" (as opposed to, for instance, "Cash") are stored in centi-seconds in Database.
Here under an example of a bucket having 600000 centi-seconds value:

- When opening Wallet details for this subscriber in the screen (SMS -> ChargingMax -> Subscribers Management -> Select Subscriber), the value shown will be: 6000 (100:00)
- When checking Reports output, the value is:

In other words, the Screens will show the Value in Seconds (as designed) while the Report will divide again by 100.
Business ImpactReport and screens do not show the same value.
