No MedDRA dictionary Returned After Upgrading to MedDRA 14.1 (Doc ID 1378463.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading MedDra to version 14.1 using the Meddra Dictionary Loader, when attempting to use the dictionary the following error is being returned:

'No MedDRA dictionary has been configured for the operation'

The following have been confirmed:

1) System Configuration--> System Management
Case Form Configuration

Under the Box Auto Encoding, Dictionary & Central Encoding.
MedDra Brows - V14.0 has been set

2) On the webserver,
type cmd to bring up the command prompt.
Enter- iisreset

Changes

Upgrade to MedDRA 14.1 using the 'Overwrite' option.
