Lab Ranges Appearing As Blank (Doc ID 1378483.1)

When customer applies Lab Ranges to a Study, the result is different from what is expected.
They have followed all steps required per the Using Lab Ranges section in the Creating A Study documentation.
They expect to see the discrepancy with Lab Range HI and LOW values.
However the result is <blank>...<blank> instead.

What could be the cause of this?
Is this a set up issue?
