On : 12.1.3 version, Data Collections
ATP (Available To Promise) Post plan processing takes more than 5 hrs to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Advanced planner responsibility.
2. Navigate to View - Requests - Submit a requests
3. launch the ATP plan
