CM is not showing the archives even with the correct db date format setting (Doc ID 1378680.1)

Symptoms

The customer is not able to view past archives, even though the archives seem to be carried out (the customer can see evidence of this in the NP logs).

The customer also had the correct setting in the <CM_HOME>/Config/ConfigManagement.properties file as shown below

cm.db.dateFormat=dd-MMM-yyyy hh:mm:ss
