Is there a way to modify the billing cyle date of an account without changing the billing frequency in order to postpone or anticipate the billing cycle end date?. The purpose is to align the billing cycle end date of one account with the same billing cycle end date of other account.

 For Example:
Account A with billing cycle from 01/10 to 01 /12 (DD/MM), and the second Account B with billing cycle from 01/09 to 01/11 (DD/MM), Business requirement is to align the billing cycle end date of account A with  billing cycle end date of account B.
