Multiple Events Can Not Be Associated To Same Service In BRM7.4 Patch Set10 (Doc ID 1380367.1)

Goal

In BRM 7.4 Patch Set10 (PS10), a new index PK_IFW_REM had been introduced for table IFW_REF_MAP which does not allow association of multiple events with the same service.

In PS8, this index was not available. So now our design based on PS8 can not be upgraded to PS10.

What is the specific reason for this compatibility gap? And how to map multiple event types to a single service type in PS10 ?
