Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety 4.2 migration

In order to prepare the migration from Argus 4.2 to Argus 7, we recently updated the database to move it from WEISO to UTF8 format and migrated from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5.

After this change loading E2B acknowledgments results in the following error:
