Batch job F1-SYNRQ is responsible for moving pending sync request messages from CC&B to SOA Suite through JMS. If the batch execution framework (i.e. the threadpoolworker) doesn't have the necessary JMS libraries in its CLASSPATH definition, the job will fail with various errors:
