Batch Job Error Can Not Be Done After 4.5.3 Db Export/Import To 4.6.2 (Doc ID 1381018.1)

Symptoms


After migrating an 4.5.3 DB via import/export to 4.6.2, batch validation jobs remain at a submitted status whenever a user has some custom roles granted.

In 4.6.2 we are seeing "ERROR:Failed to set the role. Exiting..." whenever going to the browse -> update menu or in the log files for batch validations.
