Objectel 2.10.3.1 Cannot Launch Objectel Client From Xp Mode Virtual Machine (Doc ID 1381703.1)

Symptoms


Objectel client cannot be run in XP virtual machine (OS Windows 7 running with mode XP).


When attempting to launch Objectel Client utility from XP mode virtual machine, an error message appears: "The application failed to initialize properly: 0xc01500002". The application closes. This error does not appear on Objectel 2.10.2.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
1) Install openssl on Windows XP Mode virtual Machine
2) Install Objectel 2.10.3.1 on a Windows XP Mode Virtual machine
3) Run Objectel Client.
4) Error message appears.
