Primary Indication Is Missing After Recode Error
(Doc ID 1381899.1)
Last updated on JULY 13, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 5.1.1.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
During a recode from a much older version of MedDRA (7.1) the following errors were noted:
Table_name: LM_PRODUCT
LM_ID: <product_id>
DESC_REPTD: Cannot Encode - Cannot locate MEDDRA LLT_CODE in MedDRA dictionary
If a user logs into Argus Safety and navigates to the product in question (Argus Console -- Business Configuration -- Products & Licenses) the Primary Indication is now missing from the Product. Additionally, querying the LM_PRODUCT table in the Argus schema (select * from LM_PRODUCT where PROD_NAME='<enter product name>') shows that an Indication_ID does exist for the product.
