Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.0.1 to 2.0.1 [Release 2.0]
Oracle Utilities Framework - Version to 4.1.0 [Release 2.2 to 4.1]
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version 2.3.1 to 2.3.1 [Release 2.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

F1-SYNRQ (Sync Request Monitor Process) is susceptible to out of memory conditions when there is a relatively large number of objects to be processed.  For example, if C1-SYNIL is executed and it creates 300k pending Person sync requests, and F1-SYNRQ is run to move them out of the Pending status, that job could crash with various "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" messages (found in the batch log file).
