Goal

We have the need to integrate mail quota usage information with other application quota data such that the sum of the two (or more) is not allowed to exceed the quota but either may consume all of the quota while the other(s) consume none, or vice versa. This will be managed by an external application. We need Messaging Server to feed quota usage information updates to this external application in real time, as it changes. ENS has a field to provide that information, but it is currently present only in the message sent when the user goes over quota.

The request is for the current quota usage data to be provided in New Message and Delete Message events. With that, the ENS listener can feed current quota usage to their unified quota manager and the quota manager can take appropriate action.
