Filing Summary Feature is not Working in Some Tracker 6.8 Environments (Doc ID 1382332.1)

Customer is trying to run Filing Summary (FS). This is after upgrading to 6.8. It seems working showing generation box, but after a few minutes, it stops responding and no FS generates. It is happening to all users and their workstations. Some of the workstations have Win 7 OS with 64 bit and rest are in Win XP. For one user, there is no generation window comes up - it just does not do anything.

In Tracker Client logs, under PM_yyyymmdd.log file, it should bring a 'wait timeout' message. The time interval will be based on the value set for PDFWaitTimeout key.


Tracker 6.8 is installed in the machines.
