Double Click On Crew Status For A "Cleared" Crew Causing Error "The following order failed to download for Crew detail due to errors clear" (Doc ID 1382347.1)

Symptoms

When a Crew is cleared of all orders, the Crew is placed in a cleared status in the Dispatch Workstation.

If the cleared Crew is selected, through double-clicking on the Crew in the Crew Subsystem, the following error is received:  "The following order failed to download for Crew detail due to errors clear"

This error is displayed twice, and then the Crew is displayed along with its orders.
