Purpose

This article shows the steps of troubleshooting the issue of pin_bill_day taking long time and hanging on pin_inv_accts.

The issue is: Usually it will take around 4 hours (in that range), but today it is taking very long time more than 12 hours and now hanging on pin_inv_accts.
