Goal

In the 4.5.3 release of Oracle Clinical / RDC, when the "Save Repeat Defaults" box was checked in the DCM Question Group, defaulted values were saved to the RESPONSES table even though no data was entered for the non-defautled questions. Why did this behavior change in release 4.6.0?
