Purpose

Agile Web Client throws error 'Invalid user ID or password' when user login fails, but the root cause of the problem can be different.
In this note, will describe how to troubleshoot 'Invalid user ID or password' error.

Troubleshooting Steps
 1) Specific user or users failing to login
 A) Check whether the user exists in Agile system
 B) Check whether user password is correct
 C) Check whether Web Client login URL is correct
 D) Check WebLogic Account Policy Setting (Only for Agile 9.3 - 9.3.1.2 on WebLogic environment)
 2) All users failing to login, including the database authenticated user such as admin user
 A) Check whether the Agile Application Server is connecting to the Agile database successfully
 3) Agile is LDAP configured environment, and the problem is happening with all the LDAP authenticated users
 A) Check the connection between Agile Application Server and LDAP server
