Event Details Not Displayed In Event Browser For Pipeline Rated Events

After rating the CDR through pipeline, we load the Rated events using IREL and open the account details in the Customer Center. However, we are not able to view the event details through the event browser for the pipeline rated events.
The system was upgraded from 6.5-> 7.3-> 7.4.
cm.pinlog shows the following error:
