RIB e*Ways Going Down Due To "java.lang.NullPointerException" (Doc ID 1382574.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to shutdown and start an e*Way , the following error occurs and ultimately the e*Way is going down.

Error :

Steps To Reproduce :
  1. This usually happens whenever one tries to shutdown an e*Way and start up the e*Way, somehow the terminate command is being called and throws out the NullPointerException.
  2. This is resulting in shutting down of the e*Way and in-turn blocking the message flow.
