The customer is trying to attach a previously working MQCPHB onto a interface on a device. They keep seeing the following error in the UI

Configuration failed validation (Invalid class of service for port-queue.)

The following error message is seen in the NP logs

20111130-121817|197|WARN|Thread-10||||proxy_np|hamish|Did not match any optionsFiles: no optionsFile entries
20111130-121817|258|trace1|Thread-10||||proxy_np|hamish|Raise sm2dm fault 85894 error Invalid class of service for port-queue.

20111130-121817|297|DEBUG|Thread-10||||proxy_np|hamish|Re-raised fault will not be cleared: 86410
20111130-121817|298|INFO|Thread-10|||85894|proxy_np|hamish|Raised fault against component id 85894:3: CAP-DN-NE40E-X3-2 Configuration
failed validation (Invalid class of service for port-queue.)
20111130-121817|316|DEBUG|Thread-10||||proxy_np|hamish|writeXmlToFile: xml document successfully written to disk file.
20111130-121817|316|INFO|Thread-10||||proxy_np|hamish|Target service model is written to file sm_10.1.1.108.xml in directory FailedDevices

The error thrown by the cartridge clearly lacked enough information here. It does not indicate the class of service or other associated object that is at fault.

Customer had made some changes to traffic types on their system.
